Elizabeth Kelly is a long time investor, she bought her first investment property in 2005. In 2008, Elizabeth took Rich Dad Poor Dad real estate courses and realized they now owned some properties that were no longer cash flowing. They shifted to RTOs until they slowly sold them off. She has successfully flipped, wholesaled, duplexed, renovated, and re-financed dozens of properties. Elizabeth started guest speaking for Rich Dad Canada in 2010 and became company trainers in 2012.
