Luc Boiron is a leading Canadian real estate investor who has been investing since 2007. Luc is a former lawyer who also holds an MBA, but left that world in 2016 to start Bliss Realty Inc. with the goal of flipping houses. Since then, he has built one of the largest residential property acquisition companies in Canada and has bought and sold over 850 houses across the country. With an in-house team of over 30 employees, Luc has also grown his residential rental portfolio with a mix of single-family and apartment buildings, short term rentals and coach house builds.
